Anyone else here have chronic tension headaches (or their children)? Or if not headaches, a neck that you can feel the tension in.

If so, what's your vestibular sense like?

My OT is thinking about the idea that part of the reasoning behind my chronic tension headaches is because my vestibular sense is so overactive that I hold my head still in order to prevent my inner ear from moving.

Neither of us are sure about this idea but both of us find it an interesting idea. I certainly do have a hyperactive vestibular sense to both spinning and swinging.
