Other Therapy?

I'm not sure where to ask about this.

I have ptsd, and a lot of issues due to chronic illness and inescapable painful sensory bombardment. I have a referral to see a therapist, but I can't follow through, because I have spd - I can't get to the center, I can't schedule an appointment because they require phone calls, etc. Any ideas how to get therapy when you have spd?
