Hi everyone,
This is my first post. My 4 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with SPD and anxiety. I am still in the learning process... We are just starting OT and I am hoping it will help her as she is currently struggling . I guess I am here to meet others in similar situations and to gain some support and knowledge.

Hi twoleftfeet, it's a big scary when you are newly diagnosed but you have been living it so don't worry too much. The people on here are very helpful and have all sorts of answers to your questions. I have a 5 yr old with it and still only fairly new to it all but have been given good advice to help us.
On saying that the school holidays are really hard for us he likes the structure of school.
Keep posting.

Welcome. It will amaze you how quickly you pick up new info and tricks. You'll be an expert about SPD before long.
