I am excited to find a board like this! My dd was diagnosed as a sensory seeker when she was 5. She is now 10, and it has been a time of learning for me and my dh. Sometimes it can be pretty lonely because people just don't understand.
My dd is a huge blessing, and I would not trade her for the world! She is full of life, and loves to be with people. I Homeschool her, which is both very hard and very wonderful . She is my only, which wasn't planned, but that is the way it is. She has several furry siblings though .
I look forward to connecting with you all, and being able to share things regarding SPD!
