Hey guys, I'm Paty. My smile used to be my confidence, but now I feel like I'm losing it. As I have to work for long hours at our office, I drink a lot of coffee. Too much intake has led to discolouration of my teeth. I am worried about it. I researched on the internet but was disappointed. One of my friends suggested taking an appointment with a dental clinic. Does anyone have suggestions on clinics that have the solution to my problem?
I would prefer an expert cosmetic dentist since I don't want to mess up more with the problem anymore. After the research, I've done decided to take an appointment at a dental clinic in Whitby. I am not familiar with the dental procedures. Will cosmetic treatments have any side effects? I would like to know more about it than what I researched from the internet. I am worried whether it would be difficult to maintain it. As I am very fond of sweets and coffee, should I restrict these kinds of food after the treatment?
I would like to hear your thoughts about it. Your suggestions and ideas would be of good help. Please do share your comments and experiences with me.

You can do bleaching, but for that use it very sparely like a lot less than they say to, take what they say on the box and half it. A lot of the over the counter bleaching things are harsh on your enamel, so you need to be aware of that. (Some people bleach too much and destroy their enamel so don't do that.) Just because your teeth are stained that doesn't mean they are unhealthy, but do make sure you get them cleaned by a dentist twice a year. With coffee try using a straw to drink it (be careful it's not too hot) and when you are done just rinse your mouth out with water. Also if you drink carbonated drinks, they are bad for you, even the soda water, because it harms your teeth. As far as cosmetic dentist go, at least I'd rather have my own teeth than veneers, and once you do that you have to commit to them for the rest of your life. That's because it's basically like a filling and they need to file down your teeth to get them to stick. A lot of people on TV have them, but for regular people, it will do more harm than good in my opinion. I'm not a dentist but I'm very ocd about my teeth. >.< My teeth have stain on them because I drink tea a lot, but it's ok. So before you go to a cosmetic dentist go to a regular one and have them clean your teeth, then they can advise you on what to do better. I hope this helps. <3

It would help if you went to the clinic as soon as possible because you may be facing severe dental problems.
I had the same problem and didn't solve it right away. Over a few weeks, my teeth began to ache more and more. I could not even imagine that the insertion of implants awaits me. I could not find qualified specialists, and I was lucky to find out about dental implant dentist thousand oaks. In addition to educational articles, they also provide qualified dental care. I advise you to solve this problem as soon as possible before it gets serious.
