Hi there, I'm here to seek/give support and talk with others who have SPD.
I have SPD and had it decently under control for most of my life, but due to recent unrelated medical and medicational issues, my coping strategies no longer work or are just not enough. I'm looking for help for when something about your own body changes to trigger your SPD, and how to deal with it when changing the sensory input is not an option.
As for normal everyday things, I enjoy reading, gardening, and painting.
