Therapy for tactile input

I have recently had bodily medical changes that I am having trouble dealing with. I can not change the input of sensation from these, and do not know what to do. I have only had minor success with a weighted blanket and trigger point massage being able to override the other tactile input, a hot bath works but drying off is a nightmare. It's not like I can "just not wear bumpy socks". Are there any suggestions?
