looking for advice

Hello, I am a childcare provider with a 3.5 year old in my group that has been diagnosed with SPD and is diagnosed with FAS.
He is extremely active and constantly rolls around on the floor, kicking his feet in the air, which is hard when there is 15+ other children around. He has no concept of personal space and is constantly running into and plowing over other children. Just looking for suggestions on how to limit this?
