Brain Sync brain waves music

So I have a theory that SPD has something to do with how my brain works (duh).

I notice that stuff that changes my brain activity can sort of snap me out of caring as much about sensory disasters.

Like brain wave music or music that is supposed to sync your brain hemispheres (whatever that means).

I've been listening to these tracks and they kind of smooth everything down and make it better:
