Can Certain Lamps Minimize Light Sensitivity?
I have a nasty sensitivity to strobing and flashing lights.
I understand that frequencies around 700 nm are particularly likely to cause trouble. So (a) are there lamps that filter out these frequencies, so the regular lighting doesn't give me any trouble, and (b) are there computer tools, particularly for the Mac, to drop these frequencies, so animation and flashing doesn't give me as much trouble?
P.S. And has anyone tried ClaroView? It's available for Mac and Windows. It's supposed to allow users to change screen color w/o mucking w/ monitor settings. I don't know how flexible it is.

I know there are colored light covers that you can get for industrial flouresent to help with this problem. Like this one https://www.therapyshoppe.com/category/P...ensitivity
In my own room I only have lights with incandescent lightbulbs. Unfortunately the government is phasing these out, so I had to stock up on them.

I use f.lux on the computer and before the iPhone came out with the nightshift feature that decreases the blue light I used an android with an app that filtered out that blue light from the screen.
I have a salt lamp in my room which is a really good orange tone and I found a light fitting at ikea that makes the light coming through it peachy/orangey. Also my room is painted peachy pink so the light kinda reflects and picks up that colour too.
I become really uncomfortable when in rooms with bright white/blue/green toned lights (mostly that's fluorescent lights I think?).
Not sure if f.lux is available on mac though, but it doesn't change monitor settings

I used to use f.lux. Problem is it leaves the red light which is the worst.
