eating sleeping and playing
A child suffering from SPD is having problems with sleeping eating and playing…
I want to understand why SPD would make her have such a hard time with falling asleep.
I also want some tips on how I can get her not to be sooo picky with food… and that it shouldn’t take her sooo long to chew and swallow (you can think I give her rocks for dinner!) . Maybe someone has helpful activities I can do with her?
She is extremely ‘unplayful’. Her imagination seems to be very limited and she just lacks that inner drive to play and explore toys. I want to understand how this is related to SPD and I’d like some techniques of how I can just get her to play on her own so she won’t tag me all day long.
Any suggestions..?
