Wink  What's UP SPD World One New Dude on the Block

I just wanted to drop in and introduce myself. I am Michael Griffith and I am a 32 year old male with SPD. Finally joined the club of the diagnosed this year. Still looking for answers and I hope to share my way of coping with this disorder. Humor is the key. I am out. Have a great one.
