I have twins too - just the one set though, girls now 9! My big boy with SPD is so funny too - he's very dry and quiet and falls about himself (literally) over the quirkiest things that makes the rest of us laugh so much.
Yoga is part of my "stay sane" strategy, I've found a great teacher and been going to her classes for nearly 11 years. We have these funny short hand conversations at the start of class about the state of my body and what to do about it, mostly waving of hands and grimacing. She's a treasure in my life.

Hi Busymum! I love having twins! But look forward to a little time to myself someday(haha). Look forward to getting back to my yoga practice someday, just not quite ready yet. Although, I do fall asleep in half pigeon at 3 am sometimes. LOL I use that pose and child's pose to manage my leg pain from having fibromyalgia and lying in bed for 7 months while making the twins. The middle of the night is when it bothers me most. It's great we have so much in common! I look forward to talking with you more in the future!
