About 6 weeks...although we just went to therapy Monday and our therapist said we can stop brushing. She said it should not be causing more stress and anxiety for us so I'm kinda relieved we are done. Surprisingly--no meltdowns today but she is also distracted getting ready for a vacation. We just have to take it one day at a time. I also did an intake for a full psychological eval since our therapist thinks we are looking at more than just SPD. possibly OCD, ADHD and maybe other mood disorders. We will see in a few weeks when they can get us in. I appreciate any suggestions or ideas. Thanks!
