I seriously fucking hope that you share this with your loved one. If not to better your life in any way, then at least to educate that much more of the world to this dehibitating disorder. It just makes me so sad thinking about how I've felt my entire life- blaming myself for my millions of shortcomings- hating myself and ruining my life because of it- and finally realizing that I was never alone, that this was a real thing and I could have gotten help. It just makes me so sad when I hear another person go through what i went through. Its still surreal coming on here where people emerge from the darkness, speak all of my insecurities without knowing me, and relate like I never thought was possible. You have a beautiful mind, despite any shortcomings. I really hope you let your (wife?) read this, it will make you both feel so much better.
