Hi welcome! Sorry for the delay! I've been away from the forum for a bit.

I relate to many of the things you've written! My oldest has SPD and anxiety. Younger is mildly SPD (doesn't affect his schooling). And I am self-diagnosed SPD, but officially diagnosed with depression and anxiety.

My older was evaluated for autism, but didn't fit enough criteria. Finally diagnosed in 1st grade with SPD.

I'm glad you found us! It's slow around here, but the people are nice. Smile
