I'm here because my daughter is a sensory seeker. I've just started to get her into therapy. I'd glad I found this forum, I'd like to interact with other dealing with similar issues.
And I tend to lean in the opposite direction of being hypersensitive and needing lots of quiet, calm alone time.

Hi there-
My 3 year old daughter has SPD. She is hyposensitive and sensory seeking. She has major auditory processing issues too. Yesterday they tried the weighted vest in OT and it worked great! She h a s a super sweet disposition, just really squirrely and doesnt stop moving. Im begining to think me and my husband have it too. We were both diagnosed with ADHD. I think really he is hypersensitive and I am sensory seeking./hyposensitive
Life in our house is not fun and our marriage is not working.
