Hi everyone!
I just found this website recently, and I guess this is my introduction. I've just started college this year and it's been difficult, so I've been looking for more information about SPD and adults/young adults. Most of what I've read has been for parents of young children.
I'm not sure what my questions are exactly, or what I'm supposed to say about myself here. I play the cello, and my major is music therapy. I know that OT's and MT's work together frequently, so I'm interested in how music therapy might be useful in treatment of SPD.
I realy look forward to talking with other people on here and getting to know everyone.

Hi Rachel! Welcome!
I have kids with SPD and through my older son being diagnosed, I've come to realize that I have many sensory issues that I struggle with.
I hope you look around and stay. There are a couple of young adults who pop in now and then.
