Need help - jfarley24 - 02-14-2013 My daughter is 8 has anxiety and spd. Yesterday I found a note she wrote. It just said I hate myself. She has written notes before that just said "help me" that was before she started ot. I just don't know what to do and it broke my heart. Wondering if we need to seek other help. Relaxation is the key and doing things she love but if you can't help here, there are people who can help you address the situation.
